Return & Exchange
We always aim to ensure you love your purchase! However, if you receive a damage or defective product, we are here to help as per the terms below:
Eligibility for Return and Exchange
We accept Return or Exchange in case the product is received in damaged or defective condition.
To process this, the customer must share an unedited parcel opening video, showing the parcel being opened for the first time.
Non Eligible Cases
We do not accept Return or Exchange in either of the following situations:
1. Change of mind or personal dislike of the product.
2. Minor color differences (which may occur due to lighting or camera effects).
3. Absence of an unedited parcel opening video.
Customized or Pre Order Products
Customized or pre-order products are not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the product is received in damage condition justified with parcel opening video.
Return Request Timeline
Return or Exchange request must be mandatorily made within 24 hrs of receiving the product.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling charges are not included in the exchange policy and are non-refundable.
Reverse shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Product Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it carefully to ensure:
1. The item is in its original condition, unused and unworn
2. The product is returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
3. Only after successful inspection, the return or exchange will be approved.
4. Store credit will be issued after the product passes the quality check.
Refunds
1. We do not offer money refund under any circumstances.
2. All approved Returns and Exchanges will be eligible for store credit only.
